Chris Deutsch grew up in a large family in North Dakota which has been in the Real Estate business for over 100 years. His brother Dan still lives in Fargo and operates successful a real estate brokerage there.

Experience:

Chris is an experienced Realtor and has become an accomplished communicator with over 25 years in the service industry. He learned the importance of great service and the art of customer satisfaction working in the construction industry (very handy for real estate), restaurant service, as well a his background in a managerial position at Saks 5th Avenue.

Chris has degrees in communication, speech and theatre and has been a performer for many years. You may remember Chris if you frequent the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres; or from Jesus Christ Superstar, Oklahoma, The Music Man or Camelot (just to name a few of his favorites).

Philosophy:

Chris views the buying or selling of properties as very similar to his experience in a stage production. Homeownership services are a Realtor related production (and much more than an audition) of which, you, as the client, are the director. It is all about the show, and your home is the star! What the public sees is the playbill and the final performance. There are many things that go on behind the scenes for a great production: preparation, promotion, practice & an experienced cast are essential for a hit performance for the star: your home! It is the performer’s job to make the show look easy and give the audience what they want. That is just what Chris Deutsch does. He makes the buying and selling process flow as seamlessly as possible, so buyers and sellers can focus on getting exactly what they want!
